• Shipping rates vary depending on the weight and location of delivery.

Delivery Information

• All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
• Orders are not delivered on Sundays and public holidays.
• Delivery delays can occasionally occur during busy periods. (Please allow additional days in transit for delivery)
• If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
• Ensure delivery address is correct upon confirmation of order as we will not be held liable for any incorrect delivery address.
• Resending to a new/updated delivery address will have additional cost charged to the customer.
• Monolith MY covers shipping to both West and East of Malaysia.
• Contact us for special arrangements for products that require assembly or any additional services. (Applicable only within Klang Valley. Charges may apply).

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.

• We currently do not ship internationally.
